Supply Policy

We uphold a strict policy of supplying our products on an exclusively wholesale basis. Our customer base is made up of builders merchants and door / joinery shops. As such we are not in a position to supply to the public however we welcome any queries you may have on our products. Should you wish to place an order for our products we refer you to the ‘find a stockist’ tab – from here you will be able to locate the Doras stockist nearest to your area.

Delivery Service

We offer a 24hour nationwide delivery service for all areas outside Leinster. Delivery service for the Leinster area is covered by the Doras fleet of trucks. We strive to provide a 24 to 48hour delivery service in this region.

Conditions of Sale

  • The goods invoiced are not tested and no warranty is given or shall be implied that they are suitable for any specific purpose.

  • In the event of any claim, seller liability shall in no circumstances exceed the invoice price of the defective piece(s).

  • No claim will be entertained unless made within 2 days of receipt of goods. With specific reference to doors, a visual check of all 4  edges must be carried out prior to signing for the door(s). Any edge damage must be immediately communicated to the driver. Failure to comply with this requirement will nullify any claim of edge damage made subsequent to the delivery time.

  • All goods accepted for return are subject to a rehandling charge.

  • No goods sold on credit are eligible for return once they have been paid for ie after normal credit period has elapsed.

  • The risk in the goods passes with the invoice on delivery.

  • Ownership in the goods remains vested in us until payment in full has been received.
